You must have precise pressure control. For Standard Epoxies (4-24 hours): The "tack-free" trap is the biggest danger. Professionals will often schedule the injection late in the day, allowing the overnight hours to serve as the undisturbed structural cure period. The Environmental Wildcard: Temperature is the silent timeline-shifter. A 50°F basement will double the cure time of a 70°F lab-tested product. Humidity also affects polyurethane reactivity.
