High pressure injection packer is the use of loop pressure fastening principle.The head is provided with a one-way valve, can prevent the slurry at high pressure into the pour spout. The injection packer is with strict quality control.It is widely used in building construction, concrete crack and water leaking stop.Long size injection packer over 15 cm is used on loose structure;short size of 8, 10 cm on dense structure.It suits for polyurethane resin and epoxy resin.

• High toughness rubber, not easy to be fragile.
• High quality aluminum, not easy to be bent.

Injection Method Statement

1.    Identify the crack.

2.    Drill the hole 5 to 10 cm away from the crack at 45 toward the crack.

3.    Clean the hole properly.

4.    Insert the packer.

5.    Fix and tight the packer.

6.    Connect the pump to the packer and start injecting.

7.    After injection material is totally dry remove the packer.

Injection Packer Application

1.     Subway, tunnels, culverts, sewage treatment pond, the water leakage cracks in concrete, with water blocking.

2.    Basements, underground garage, underground passage, the water leakage cracks in concrete, with water blocking.

3.     Roof concrete slab cracks, wall pipe, wall, water leakage, water blocking.

4.    Concrete structure, beam, column, slab cracks, high pressure injecting epoxy resin.
