Base Treatment

Construction Procedure

1. Wet the base first.

3. The time interval between the layers before a layer of paint dry solid, non-stick prevail (generally 2-6 hours, the site temperature is low, humidity, poor ventilation, drying time is longer;Otherwise shorter) Try to increase the interval.
4. If the thickness of the waterproof layer is not enough (especially the facade construction), one or several layers can be added.
5. The waterproof layer of outdoor and easy to touch and tread parts should be a protective layer.The construction of the protective layer or decorative layer shall be carried out 2 days after the completion of the waterproof layer.When applying mortar, in order to facilitate construction, clean medium coarse sand can be sprinkled immediately after the last coating of the waterproof layer, but the sand is only limited to the facade.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Can not be constructed below 0 ° C or in the rain, should not be constructed in a particularly humid and unventilated environment, otherwise it will affect film formation.
2. If the base surface is too dry, 20-30% of the paint should be added to the water, stir well and roll coating.
3.  Each layer of coating must be constructed according to the amount specified in the construction method, and can not be too much or too little.
4. At the interval or end of construction, clean the construction equipment and work clothes stained with paint with water as soon as possible.

Transport And Storage

1.  Transport according to non-dangerous goods requirements. During transportation, prevent rain, exposure, extrusion, collision, inversion, and keep the package intact. The ambient temperature during transportation should not be lower than 0 ° C, otherwise insulation measures should be taken.
2. This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place to prevent direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not be lower than 5℃, must not be lower than 0℃.
3. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 6 months.
